This is a web design & marketing agency that my wife and I created in 2017. As the co-owner of the agency, I fill a lot of roles here. I promote the business by attending local meetups & networking groups where I establish and nurture relationships with other professionals and business owners. I sometimes give presentations on the importance of one aspect of our offerings and have been asked to host workshops by our local Chamber of Commerce.

Once a prospect showed interest in learning more about working with us, I would sit down with them and give them a short "about our company" presentation and evaluate their current website & marketing positions to show how we could help their business achieve their goals.

On the back side of things, I would take care of all client domains, website updates, support tickets and general customer service needs while also managing contracts, our contractors, payroll, client billing, subscriptions and more.

What I enjoyed most about working in this position was the high-level of customer service that I was able to provide clients and the level of problem solving required.

I would need to assess each customers unique needs and situation in order to determine the best and most probable solution that would help them reach their desired outcome. This included negotiating between the client, the manager, the financing department and sometimes the clients own financial institution to build a successful sale.
